THE OPEN: A light comedic inspirational introduction of the show's theme by one of the 3 cast members.
THE SKETCHES: A series of 3 or more sketches with the cast members. The sketches are oriented towards the theme of the show and are fun in a relatable “laugh at ourselves” way.
THE CONVERSATION: The antithesis of a pity party! There is enough to get down about in our world. This is an uplifting segment that you get to sit with our cast members in their living room as they share about the theme, sketches, inspiration, and their personal stories.
